Avocados, who doesn't like it?
Absolutely delicious and excellent for your brain and skin, packed with good fats, and great with almost anything, wraps, salads, sandwiches, and smoothies.What else can we ask for?

Ingredients: (Serves 1)
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 lettuce leaf (you can also use tortillas)
1/2 tomato, sliced (you can also cut it into stripes)
1 teaspoon chopped cilantro (optional)
1⁄4 red onion, diced (you can also use white onions)
A small handful of spinach
A small handful of Alfalfa Sprouts
Bellpepper cut into strips
Green jalapeƱo pepper (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Smear the avocado on the lettuce leaf/tortilla
Arranged the sliced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, bellpepper, sea salt, and pepper.
Add the spinach and alfalfa.
Add in any meat you like (shredded tuna, shredded chicken or ham)
